Company
We think operational decisions should be provable.
Nex0 Oy is a Finnish company (Business ID 3589366-2, Helsinki) building Vera. We started in field-service operations — real dispatchers, real SLA clocks, real consequences — because we believe the way to build trustworthy AI is to deploy it where being wrong is expensive, and make being wrong structurally impossible.
What we believe
Small team. Strong opinions. Paying customers.
The LLM never decides. Language models are extraordinary translators and terrible arbiters. We use them for exactly one thing — turning messy human language into structured facts — and let a deterministic solver do the deciding. This is an architectural conviction, not a feature flag.
Sell before you scale. Vera has been revenue-funded since 2025, in production with paying customers since its first year. We build what operators pay for, not what demos well.
European by design. EU-region hosting from day one, open interfaces end to end, and a model-agnostic language layer that runs on open-weight European models. Operational knowledge of European companies should stay on European infrastructure.
