Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the nex0.tech website and the public Vera demonstration environment, both operated by Nex0 Oy (Business ID 3589366-2, Helsinki, Finland). Production use of the Vera platform is governed by a separate written subscription agreement and data processing agreement between Nex0 and the customer; where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreements prevail.

1. The website and demo environment

The website and the public demo are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. The demo runs on a demonstration dataset; it is representative of the product but is not a production deployment, and no service levels apply to it.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Nex0 system or another party's data.
  • Do not use the demo environment to process real personal data or confidential information.
  • Do not subject the website or demo to abusive load, scraping at scale, or automated attacks.
  • Security findings are welcome — report them responsibly to security@nex0.tech.

3. Intellectual property

Vera's core reasoning engine is proprietary to Nex0 Oy. Materials we publish openly (such as the public documentation) are licensed under the terms stated in their respective repositories. The Nex0 and Vera names and the content of this website may not be reused without permission.

4. No warranty for evaluation services

The website and public demo are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual commitment regarding product performance; commitments to customers are made exclusively in signed agreements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex0 Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or demo environment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
