Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

This policy describes how Nex0 Oy (Business ID 3589366-2, Helsinki, Finland — "Nex0", "we") processes personal data. It covers two distinct contexts: this website (nex0.tech), and the Vera platform we provide to our customers.

1. Roles under the GDPR

For data collected through this website (such as demo requests), Nex0 is the data controller.

For operational data processed inside the Vera platform — jobs, schedules, personnel records, business rules and decision history belonging to our customers — the customer is the controller and Nex0 acts as a processor under a data processing agreement (DPA). Questions about data in a customer's Vera deployment should be directed to that customer; we will assist them as required by our DPA.

2. What we collect on this website

  • Demo and contact requests: name, work email, company, role and the message you write. We use these solely to respond to your request and arrange the session you asked for.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

3. Legal bases

We process demo-request data on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

4. Retention

Demo-request data is kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a customer relationship is established. Technical logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule.

5. Where data is processed

Vera platform data is stored in EU-region infrastructure. We do not transfer customer operational data outside the EU/EEA, and we never use customer data to train models. Website hosting may involve infrastructure providers with global operations; where that is the case, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Where Nex0 is the controller, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Contact

For any privacy matter, contact privacy@nex0.tech. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
